18-20 November 2004, Berlin, Germany UN ICT Task Force Meeting and Global Forum on Digital Development The UN ICT Task Force will have its seventh meeting in Berlin on 19 and 20 November 2004. The first one and a half days will consist of a Global Forum on 'Promoting an enabling environment for digital development' that is open to qualified civil society experts. Civil society groups are organising a series of open workshops and events around the Task Force meeting. Most of them will take place on 18 November.
