The Expert Group on Internet Intermediaries of The Civil Society Information Society Advisory Council (CSISAC) released a paper with recommendations to the OECD for its work in this area. On 3 July 2009, CSISAC submitted a policy paper to the OECD-ICCP Committee for consideration.
